Soyracha® brand Facebook page has been valued at over $600,000 by an independent 3rd party. Add the wealth of intellectual property and media owned by the brand, and one could make an argument Soyracha brand, including Dragon Fashion, is worth more.

What makes Dragon's Facebook page so valuable is the ENGAGEMENT, the Likes, Comments, Shares, Dragon gets each week, as shown in the chart below.

This engaged audience allows Dragon to provide revenue producing data measurement services to others, including a variety of A/B testing on the Soyracha Facebook page itself. 

As of May 2017 Soyracha has a fully functioning e-commerce site approaching 600 SKUs in number, powered by Shopify, to add to any brand value equation.

 

We believe that using a Market Based Approach - The brand value using this method is equal to market transaction price, bid, or offer for identical or reasonably similar brands, or an Income Approach - The valuation of future net earnings that directly attribute to the brand to determine the value of the brand in its current use, or a Brand Value Approach, would result in a valuation for Soyracha brand at $900,000

And that's a good thing.
